The Space

This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a place to reset. Designed for calm, movement, and connection, this 3-bed, 2-bath home is perfect for health-focused travelers, remote workers, or small groups looking for a peaceful base in Austin.

Bright and open, the main space invites you to slow down. Spin vinyl on the record player, stretch out on the plush sofa, or take a Zoom call from the desk by the window. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the living area and dining space, so everything stays connected.

Step outside to your private setup for hot/cold therapy, light workouts, or lazy afternoons.
There’s a cedar sauna, cold plunge, gym ropes, yoga mats, and a neon “Inhale / Exhale” sign that says it all. Twinkle lights, cornhole, a grill, and a picnic table round it out for evenings outside.

Each bedroom is calm and curated, with minimalist decor, comfy beds, and blackout shades. Two full bathrooms make sharing easy. Whether you’re winding down after a day exploring or prepping for an early flight, the space is set up to support your rhythm.
