Casa Sol is a bright, 3-story retreat designed for laid-back living, stylish comfort, and soaking up the best of Austin—whether you’re poolside, rooftop, or somewhere in between.
On the main floor, you’ll find a wide-open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. Large glass doors lead out to the backyard, where a heated pool, hot tub, grill, and plenty of lounge space set the tone for long, easy days outdoors.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a wraparound balcony and large ensuite. Every bedroom on this level opens to outdoor space—either a private balcony or the oversized terrace that wraps along the back of the home.
Upstairs, the third-floor loft functions as a flexible fourth bedroom, with a queen bed and a futon that can sleep two more. It opens to the rooftop terrace, where a cozy fire pit and skyline views create the perfect spot for evening hangouts. Just off the loft is a private balcony with a hammock — a quiet place to read, nap, or enjoy a solo coffee in the breeze.
Throughout the home, you’ll find high ceilings, warm finishes, and thoughtful touches that make it easy to relax, gather, and enjoy your time together—whether you’re here for a weekend or a while.
Casa Sol is tucked away on a quiet residential street in one of Austin’s most sought-after areas—just minutes from South Congress, Zilker Park, and the heart of downtown. You’re perfectly positioned to explore the best of the city while still enjoying peaceful, leafy surroundings.
Grab coffee or tacos at a local favorite nearby, head to Barton Springs for a swim, or spend the day exploring SoCo’s shops, restaurants, and music venues. Lady Bird Lake, downtown, and some of Austin’s best green spaces are all just a short drive (or scooter ride) away.
Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or do a bit of both, this location gives you easy access to everything Austin has to offer—without the noise or chaos.

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
CHECK IN /CHECK OUT – Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.
PARTIES AND EVENTS – We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
NOISE – Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
BROKEN ITEMS – Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest’s stay.
NEIGHBORS – Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
PETS – We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.
SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.
VISITORS – Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLING – Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.
SECURITY – Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
POOL & HOT TUB – Swimming is at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. For your safety, no diving or jumping into the pool is permitted.
Please do not run around the pool area.
Please keep all glass and food away from the pool, and clean up after yourselves.
Please keep noise levels to a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.
Do not tamper with pool equipment or attempt to adjust pool settings.
If there are any issues with the pool, or anything is broken and/or spilled into the pool, please contact us immediately.
BBQ GRILL – If you plan to use BBQ – please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety. The BBQ grill is in the backyard and is propane gas operated. We ask that Guests clean up the grill after each use, including pouring out the drip pan. Failure to do so may incur a grill cleaning fee of $100.
When finished using the grill, please ensure that the propane valve AND grill burners are shut off. Failure to do so may damage the property and Guests will be held liable for any damage that result.
FIRE PIT – The rooftop fire pit should be used responsibly at all times. Never leaveit unattended while in use. Always turn the propane off completely after use. Keep flammable items away from the flames, and do not place anything on top of the unit. Make sure it is fully off before heading in for the night.
FIREWORKS – The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage. Free street parking is also available.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests’ stay. It is the Guests’ responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host’s ability.
The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
TOILET – Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
