The Space

The ArtHaus is a spacious and thoughtfully designed home made for groups who want to enjoy Austin in style. Inside the main house, the ground floor opens into an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space — with large glass doors that slide open to the pool area outside, making it easy to move between indoor comfort and outdoor hangouts.

Two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the primary suite with a large private bathroom and a balcony that’s perfect for quiet mornings or reading in the hanging egg chair. Two more guest bedrooms are also on this floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and there’s a shared balcony with plenty of space to unwind.

Outside, a separate loft space offers even more room. Walk up the private stairs and you’ll find a bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a small coffee station. Glass doors lead to a private outdoor patio with a fire pit and lounge seating.

Below the loft is a fully equipped gym with everything you need to stay active: free weights, a stationary bike, yoga gear, mirrors, a bench, and even a fridge stocked with chilled towels. There’s also a sauna for when it’s time to relax and recover.

The exterior is the center of it all. A large pool and hot tub are surrounded by lounge chairs, daybeds, and a colorful mural that adds a splash of Austin energy. There’s also a huge outdoor dining table, a grill with prep space, and a built-in cooler — perfect for long afternoons and dinners under the stars.

Whether it’s lounging by the mural-lined pool, snapping pics on the rooftop patio, or capturing golden hour on the balconies, there’s no shortage of IG-worthy moments throughout the home.

Cancellation policy

Cancel within 24 hours of booking: 100% refund.
Excludes bookings within 7 days of check-in.

Cancel 30 days before check in: 100% refund.
Excludes bookings within 7 days of check-in.

Cancel 7 days before check in: 25% refund of the nightly rate, fees, and taxes.

Travel Insurance

We’ve partnered with Rental Guardian to offer travel insurance for your trip. If our policy doesn’t cover your cancellation, you can file a claim through them. You can purchase this insurance here, even after booking.

House rules

You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

  1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT – Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.

  2. PARTIES AND EVENTS – We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.

  3. NOISE – Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.

  4. BROKEN ITEMS – Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest’s stay.

  5. NEIGHBORS – Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.

  6. PETS – We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.

  7. SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.

  8. VISITORS – Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.

  9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING – Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

  10. SECURITY – Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.

  11. POOL & HOT TUB – Swimming is at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. For your safety, no diving or jumping into the pool is permitted. Please do not run around the pool area.

    Please keep all glass and food away from the pool, and clean up after yourselves.

    Please keep noise levels to a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.

    Do not tamper with pool equipment or attempt to adjust pool settings.

    If there are any issues with the pool, or anything is broken and/or spilled into the pool, please contact us immediately.

  12. BBQ GRILL – If you plan to use BBQ – please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety. The BBQ grill is in the backyard and is propane gas operated. We ask that Guests clean up the grill after each use, including pouring out the drip pan. Failure to do so may incur a grill cleaning fee of $100.

    When finished using the grill, please ensure that the propane valve AND grill burners are shut off. Failure to do so may damage the property and Guests will be held liable for any damage that result.

  13. SAUNA – To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for all guests:
    – Clothing must be worn at all times—no nudity allowed
    – Do not bring food, drinks, or personal items into the sauna
    – Do not tamper with the sauna settings beyond basic use
    – Limit your time inside and never use the sauna alone
    – Sauna use is at your own risk—we are not responsible for injury from overuse or misuse
    – Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult
    – Do not unplug, move, or alter the sauna in any way
    – Guests are responsible for any damage to the sauna
    – Please use the sauna responsibly and with care.

  14. GYM – Use all gym equipment at your own risk.
    – Guests must be 16 years or older to use the gym.
    – Always return equipment to its proper place after use.
    – No food or glass containers are allowed in the gym.
    – Please keep the area tidy and respectful for all guests.
    – Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

  15. FIREWORKS – The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

  16. PARKING – Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway and carport. Parking in the garage is prohibited. Free street parking is also available.

  17. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS – Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests’ stay. It is the Guests’ responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host’s ability.

    The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)

    *Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.

  18. TOILET – Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
